Confirmation of Availability and Rates

Amendment To Booking:
Administration fee will be charged by “The Management Company”
for any change to the booking confirmation that
has been issued.
Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the villa’s
Currency & Tax Fluctuations
Should the Thai Baht fluctuate against the US dollar by more
than 10%, “The Management Company” reserves the right to
adjust the contract rate. Should the government tax rates increase or
should a new tax be initiated,
“The Management Company” reserves
the right to adjust rates accordingly.
All guests must be listed on the booking
form. If the number of people staying at the property exceeds
that on the booking
form or the maximum capacity of the villa
“The Management Company” may ask $US50 per day for the extra
